Colleagues and Bosses I found initially very good bond with. Kind of easy going with my project.

Dislikes

Very poor management, bad salary hike, they prefer outside candidates with low salary but they are unable to give good hike to their existing employees who helped making their project successful. They do have budgets and high benefits from customers but they don't share it with employees. Also, I felt kind of discrimination while giving opportunities inspite of having skills set.

...there are some old timer who doesn't understand technology but speaks a lot 😞.. remeber if you are joining then don't expect any further salary hike or growth then after..join at the age of 50 and get retired at 55 is OK or join as a fresher and come out after 2 years..if in mind career then join if they promise to give you onsite (although not guaranteed)but make sure you ask 60%or more hike as you can not expect anything there after and no recognition of hard work but if you are in good book of your top management not because of your work only then you may get an opportunity for onsite or may get upto 5%annual hike

Everything and worst part are the supervisors. They are just disgusting. Please dont spoil your career by joining this company even if they pay you alot and give you a very high post

Teammates are supportive and job security is there.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Tortures agents to do OT, they first day I'll receive the OT amount in next month salary but never credits. It's been 5 months im waiting for my OT payout. Big big chance for girls. The only way you will get promoted for internal job postings is only if you are a girl. Always selects girls for ijps. No work ethics, Managers and team leaders spread rumours on people about their gender, relationship status and what not. Techm Target process is the worst in all.
