...and you will find yourself sitting with people who cannot even communicate well. Funny that they would have the same pay as you are, though you are skilled than them. You are not even paid properly, I mean one of the top company and their attendance won't be calculated accurately. You will be getting loss of pay, though you go to office everyday. That's how this reputed company functions.

Working with tec M is good and your teammate and coordination will he good and yours mentors will support and TL will take care in all your performance aspects

I would like to say we all work for money and the salary home take will not be same as on papers and you will be getting less than the amount on your offer atleast 4k less so think of it and you performance based you will get incentives and if you won't complete working hours you may miss that too. And work pressure and targets are common in all organisations.

...ed management leads you to mental harrasment no sick leaves no emergency leaves numerous reasons to deduct your pay and bind associates with their new laws which will be created every week just for stress and harrassment.

...aught a lot to me, i have to learn to please trainers,team leads from now onn ..but what to i eat,where do I rest ,if i order for them,of i pay for their partying,and if i allow them to my home ,?? My life is lost so i didn't co operate to their selfish tunes .sorry riteesh , im glad u got covid affected in jan 8th 2022 potluck, that's how curses work for making other suffer .if does bad deeds .plz join Techm it's 1 the best,I'll be rejoining for sure and will never leave if I get a good team lead who focus on work progress not on outings,partying,dating,etc etc .

One of the most worse company. They do not pay salary on time, i did join this company on 25 July and i worked there September 4 quite the job Because they didn't pay my salary . I requested many times but there was no mean of my requesting.

Very bad organisation because a person came from 300 km and he worked 25 July to 4 September but didn't get the salary. He spent his 15k for room rent or food, traveling for office inspite of that he didn't get the salary then how can it be a good Organisation. Very bad organisation.
