Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

No appraisals and they don't give good salary hike and bonus every year.

1. The Team Leaders & Colleagues were so good 2. Salary as committed didn't get delayed 3. Job security on top priority 4. Safe & Secure place to work, Strictly Accomplished with Government rules & regulations

1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. Asking for leaves is biggest challenge here if you ask it upper management will act like you are asking for there lives plus its so low like 21 leaves a year like seriously !? 7. HR is discriminating between process only ones who are there favs get events,brunchs ,parties & we got nothing

Because it is reputed company.and here working atmosphere is also good no salary issue and now I heard that this company also provided work from home job.i am looking like this job. So I like this company

Some TL s behaviour is very rude.this not appropriate.so I think when company selected teal leader have to observe that this team leader s behaviour with others employees should be good.

...m there is no peace of working in mainly in non voice mu Visakhapatnam branch Very wrost we are loosing to work and our health is getting worst and we need atleast good package but here there is no good package

Tech mahindra is good for freshers for experience if you do well tech mahindra give you promotion after 6 month this is the very good think for growth the employees i have good experience in tech mahindra

Call flow is high and salary is not increase on associate lavel .
