No growth, promotion, learning, or hike. Terrible people who are stubborn and don’t want to change. No benefits from TCS, not even Diwali chocolate/gift. Project owner doesn’t spend a penny on any Diwali, no team lunch, no outing, no nothing. You are just a slave who has to complete 9 hours 5-6 days a week Without expecting anything in return. The work is less, but it makes u comfortable very quickly, I wasted 1.5 yrs here, rather would have worked in a startup instead.

Git opportunity to learn everything thing and all the processes being carried on the floor.

Less opportunities for promotions and appraisal need to work in same salary for years. Also was not able to balance work and personal life.

TCS offers job security, but sometimes they force you to resign by giving very low hikes even if you have good rating and. band You can learn so much based on your project and will get exposure

Dislikes

The HR team is not at all helpful, they don't address employee concerns. Low Compensation offered for existing employees but ready to hire new employees with better package

No learning, not for fresher. Most of the project is just copy and paste kind of work.

Poor salary hike, you have to treat your manger like a God to get good band, No respect for Skill you have. Bad place to learn new thing.

Good for learning and on site opportunities.Work life balance is there.

Dislikes

everything is UN certain.Salary structure and career growth is very slow,Specially mid management and RMG are worse.A company full of politics and process.
