Nothing is good if you are in tcs only you get your job secure but supervisor will force you to leave the company.

I have been hospitalised and I’m a member of tcs from past 1 years I have applied to claim the insurance but the process hr have not taken any urgent action they will just let you die they don’t care All the care is about the salary and they try very best to force agent to put down the paper. Hr Navin, Manager Manmeet and my new TL Steve who have no idea how be a good TL. Worst part of tcs is the political policy which are made by them self.

They are more data centric and avoid looking after their employees. They offer growth but it's not explained how it works. I got promoted to a Unit Manager but they have not given it on paper not they have increased my salary . So doing a job with higher responsibility but being paid as a agent.

BGC is shit. Management is shit. They will pull you up any frekin time and send you home without pay. Stating BGC fail or BGC timeline crossed. Stop pay untill further notice. No idea how many months it will take. They hire use candidates for a couple of months and when they are over staffed. They bring up some stupid fault in your background check and put you on stop pay.

I like the environment and feel safe in tcs

Salary increments and appraisals. No other ways to get increment other than digital wings exam where coding path is mandatory. And In tcs lot of people's are there who don't like coding.

Except job security and insurance they provide is good. Other than that very bad place to work

...nd HR wont have minimum sense, they put rules to employees but they dont follow. Also 10 hrs they make employees work and they dont give extra pay also.
