But, from this FY, the premiums have sky-rocketed and co-pay (7.5% - 10%) has been introduced making it less useful, definitely not top-notch like before. 5. Employees in grade C3 or higher always get 20-50% of their total QVA, regardless of performance. 6. Now TCS has Linked QVA with WFO. If you don't come to office, will get zero QVA. Such a rude , aggresive policy. 7. TCS is a cheater, they promised full WFH policy, then 25-75 model - now they forget every promise. They are utilising the current bad market to force employees to follow these toxic policies. K. Kirtivashan is literally deteriorating the brand value of TCS after becoming the CEO.

Little job security unless and until you don't violate company security policy noone will fire you.

Dislikes

Paying low salary to existing employees and hiring outside candidates in average package. And giving yearly hike of just 2-3% however in media they will show 7-10% sometimes more. Higher management doesn't bother about you. They want their work done. Most of the higher management company working on toxic behaviour. A lot of people are on bench some are since year. Average bench period 3months min. Doesn't have anything any project.

Work culture is amazing. Work life balance is also great. But with someone like me who needs work and wants to constantly learn, tcs wasn’t the place to start. It’s good for mid level careers, not for freshers.

No hikes, no motivation, no appraisals, shit salary. Failure to recognize true potential from right employee

...m. they dont give value for the employee carrier they just want their billing . I found there is no carrier growth technically because they will allocate the project which are irrelevant to our core skills they is no hikes , i don't see any hike for my salary for last 4 years and nowadays they are not paying variable pay RMG is not allow to tag to right projects where we get onsite opportunities
