The working culture of highly seniors like 12-15 years of experience candidates are still same on current time. They didn't teach the newly freshers candidates how to contribute,they just put work pressure on them (most of the managers doing the same on freasher).

Dislikes

The salary policy , project allocation systems, and also the managers. The working Hours are horrible like ,for me Iam working on morning 6 am to evening 7pm and still my managers shouting at me for the issues I am not able to solve because it a new thing for me and my skills doesn't match to the project requirements, so, I am struggling.

Everything is organised in ultimatix application. The most interesting part at TCS is medical insurance of 12 lakhs a year. Even big product companies dont give this much medical insurance. Plus you can add your parents by paying some amount (~24k/yr) but your spouse and children are covered for free.

First of all salary is pathetic. I really dont understand why people are working in such low salary. I have seen people with 10 years of experience in tcs and yet they don't get 1 lakh/month. TCS don't hire back their employees,

The training period is best in TCS. If you get good project it's best company to work for. But everything depends on luck and RMG. Travel, health policies are good. You can learn from online intenral portals

Salary is too low...no hikes...you have to always plead to your senior for everything...manager is not supporting....asking to come 5days no holidays and Ahmedabad branch is worst.... people are too rude ...talking in regional language...even they don't give permission to go home... it's too far from my hometown after joining I went home only one time...if you are sick still they don't give permission to go home even not in emergency case...they are only prioritising to rostering and office infrastructure.

... for if you are thinking about work life balance and Job security it is good to go but don't take the salary point of view 😢.

Salary will be low even if you worked here for 4 years also your salary will still under 5 LPA which is very less in IT sector.
