Really feel like I wasted my time in TCS. TCS has no value for employees and the compensation is almost a joke in these trying times. Plus, no regard for employees as such. No work life balance no opportunities. The worst experience ever!

They under pay you ,if you are lucky to get a project which gives you growth then it's a good place to work. One should always choose tcs during the last leg of your career . For freshers and mid level it won't provide you that kind of job satisfaction or learning you can get elsewhere.

Working in tcs was a good experience as it was my first company to work on. Tcs gives a 100% job security, work environment is good , employees are very helpful in any need they will stand with you. Getting to learn new things , easy to explore yourself.

Compensation benefits is not to high, it will take a good time to increase the benefits.

...what ever you have learnt. In TCS everything depends on what project you are in. If you are in BPS tag its better to develop skills and salary hike for BPS is very less

Before anyone reading this once again i have to mention everything depends on the project. 1. Work culture 2. Managers are toxic and they treat you badly 3. There is no use of having certain skills and not using it practically 4. They don't respect the skills set you are having 5. There is very less hike for BPS tag. 6. If you ever moved to bench, While attending project interview. Don't trust managers whatever they say and don't give approval to mail easily by trusting manager information. 7. HR works for the company and manager. Don't trust HR. To be specific TCS HRs are joke. 8. Most of the manager and leads are not actually trained just because they stay longer in same company and they get promoted. They don't really manage the team well

- There's flexibility in work timings, but that is again based on the team you are in. - You will be chance, even if you are a fresher. - The overall infrastructure is good, but depends on the location too.

- The way HRs become voice of the managers and not the employees. - Delayed or no promotion even after the per year increment in salary is less. - Favorism which divides the employees demographically. - Poor skill to role mapping by Resource Management Group. -
