Only Brand name , nowadays TCS is not giving proper remuneration to Employees. Top level management and mid level Managers doing dirty politics . Not allowing juniors , senior associates to grow in most of the projects. We can work in a showroom and get proper hike every year for our qork5

Over all TCS is not good only using brand name but waste work life balance , too less salary hike , stress full over pressure in projects by Andhra pradhesh pyscho managers

Job Security and continuous approach to upskill employees in the business groups.

Very low salary and low hike percentage even for Top performance with A grades. Not willing to increase salary but hire new recruits with extra salary package.

There are lot of learning opportunity available . If you are assigned to good project, there is a good work life balance. Job security

Less-No salary hike. No incentives No free cafeteria/ food. All are expensive. No free bus facilities.

As a fresher I have learnt many things, TCS have their learning platforms where we can gain more knowledge, and less stress( based on the projects)

Low salary and hikes, and not having remote work culture bothers a lot.

The whole hatred starts with Package, while you are working at one of the biggest IT companies of the world, people from non engineering backgrounds tend to think you earn more than that. While you are paid as low as possible as per industry standard.
