Rating an organization is not about 50,000 employee working in there but the faces we are surrounded. Personally I have had great opportunities to grow and getting promoted in the very first year, Sutherland does recognizes talent. Upsklling and development in another advantage Sutherland believes in.

Dislikes

Not a complete turn off, but salary and compensation is minimal. Internal employees annual pay rise is a disappointment considering others factors being positive from a employees perspective. Most of the employees leaving after many years of Sutherland's service has primarily been the income.

Good company to work if you wanna learn and grow

Same as other companies, they are ready to pay higer salary bracket for new employees but won't do the same for existing employees in the year appraisals

Good work environment and teammates are supportive. But when lockdownnis started they removed out of office due to non resource.

Dislikes

I personally don't have any issue with anyone my temmets are very good.. Issue only thing is salary.. Bcz all the expenses got increased expect salary.. In cafeteria every month they increaseing the price but salary is not increasing evermonth right.

Teammates is good , training is good but company will not give any new opportunities in career growth and internal career . they will say u can go out, internal career they will not give.

Related to salary while I relieved they not even pay my salary correctly also.

Sutherland has a great environment to work freely with out any pressure. It would have been greater if they starts giving attention to the compensation and benefits given to their employees
