As of now it is good company for freshers and lateral entry candidates and comparing to other BPO sector Sutherland is far better but directly is not good company

After 9 hours they ask to work and no compensation for over time works. After working hours they will consume your time in the name of huddle (meeting)

If you are lucky, you might get a good process to work. There are very few processes that are good and that can help you learn some new skills.

... also dedicate extra hours. The managers too were very partial. HR was arrogant. The salary hike was a joke at Sutherland. The workplace was toxic. Sutherland has PATHETIC management. I would never recommend anyone to work at Sutherland. Please don't ruin your career which offers ZERO growth. But if you are good at bucketing managers, you are more likely to be considered for better increments and promotions. :)

The only thing I liked was permanent work from home.

...ture is also negative and it's all just politics. There is no learning curve. I always got 3000-4000 lesser than my actual salary and the answer to this was "We will look into this".

There is no job security as you can anytime be terminated due to business needs and also the salary is very low compared to the living expenses. Considering this is an IT field and please consider the employees as humans instead of robots.

Excellent company culture, excellent management, but predatory compansation packages. But if they seem justified to you, you'll feel at the right place

The compensation packages are as predatory as predatory can get, and every trick in the book used to maximize company profit.
