Personally for me i don't feel anything wrong. At the end of the day, it's all about how you being to people the same way they'll reflect back to you. Before you judge someone please judge yourself.

...ers are puppets for managements -Delay in promotion -Partiality among employees -6 days of work without any additional pay -They will say if we exceeds our daily target we will get spiff. But at the month end they will say you have so many errors/faults this month so spiff is not eligible for you. -Namba vechu velavangi emathuvanga

Sutherland is my 1st company and I started working after my graduation and the work environment and people are Good. As beginner it's a good company and once you gain experience and it's flexible to timings you can enhance your career and skills In other company .

As the growth of salary is stagnant if you stay in same company So the hike is very low . No additional benefits.

Hike n promotions , I asked for 20℅ hike of my current salary as a retention.. But they disagree... So have to resign,... # For my replacement of my position thy recruited a person from out side with more than my package.. Maybe 40-50% hike of my package..

... how much of hard work you put in you will never be acknowledged wholeheartedly. They will expect you to work for 15 hrs without making any complaints and give you meagre salary. Work culture is toxic in Training Department. Leaders care about their numbers and absolutely don’t give two hoots about your personal life. They fake it very well. Very bad employer in terms of well being
