No proper salary. no over time amount. First they say that ot amount will be provided but everytime denies or makes excuses like technical issue and all. No appraisal and no promotion based upon the performances and skills. You can be promoted if you have a very personal and good relation with your supervisor. Salary is very less as per the work.

...promotions majorly to female candidates. The hiring techniques is having faults. Also improper salary slab with double PF deduction which they will not inform you. This company will take money from you on deewali and bring decorations items.. but do not provides any gifts to employees .

The work culture is bad, the management Cannot provide any correct data at right time, salary issues every single time and they don't provide any leaves if there is an emergency, you will be told one thing during interview and on the process another thing.. managers will utilise you as per their requirement and will pay you less

... even though the employees worked a bit extra than their designated login hours. And somehow showing deficit hours or shortage in login hours and deduction of salary of employees based on those wrong reports. This was the worse thing. And as well their deduction process at the times of FNF (Full and Final Settlement) post resignation. Its simple, they pay the least as compared to other companies of this sector, and still have a lot of wrong excuses to be deducting agent's salaries just to pay lesser than whatever less they pay. No specific ways of promotion towards a designation, preferences are given to the personal choices and not based on work ability and efficiency. Even at the time of recruitment they had mentioned they would provide atleast pick or drop, any one side trip but did not provide any. Employees out here are nothint but Labours as per aegis rules and regulations.

...rude and for their own benefit will destroy you, no matter how good you perform. Certain processes are there which will pay you crumbs but will crush you till you till you tap out. No work-life balance. One day off.
