There is nothing good to work with startek. They can throw out their employess anytime by making any nonsense excuse. They cut PF and all of very big amount.

Dislikes

There are countless dislikes. When we go for interview they take whole day and then nothing they say come another day. In appointing new agent they take very very very long time. The nature and way of talking of seniors is also not good.

Job was good ,company is very supportive ,on time salary payment , friendly environment, supportive TL and HR

The process of flipkart is too much client depended and our company cannot do anything in that if client says we need your agents to work 1 hr extra then they impose this on you so too much client ruling was not good .otherwise you get on time pay HR is good and everything was good except this

Working with Aegis made my career to build strong,I like everything and coming to entertainment programs,,there is much more I am very happy that I worked in aegis

Salary is not much satisfied,as per company norms,I know that is the salary for that designation.But if it is increased,then many more people will show interest to work with Aegis.

Most of the Colleagues has helping mentality especially our TLs and AMs were very much helpful when it's come to any support from them..that's the only thing I like when I was working there.. colleagues was good..

The Aegis B.P.O where we were working become Startek...Aegis Cheated us by not giving offered salary for most of the experienced employees and given very high salary to the freshers compared to the experienced persons. That's the only thing I don't like working with Startek...

...eevi Qa are worst eating gutka, some times bad smell of alcohol from Ashok QA.. Vishnu TL of QA often marked me loss of pay for no reason...they used to tell me to do their work also from their email id.. Farzana QA always taunting , spying and criticized me. Not respected me. Made me slave.
