Other than that they cut off some amount from your salary in the name of bonus that no HR will ever be able to explain to you WHY?! Their way of talking to you is nowhere near professionals and there is no hope of promotions or increment on the basis of your hard work. You can get promoted if you are good at "chaploosi".

It was great experience which I never had before, I learnt lot by working with aegis like skill development, career growth etc.

Building godrej Genesis is good but Startek team leaders and floor manger all are chappri simmi khatoon, anisha khatun useless attitude. Company use the employee after that they pressurized you for regination..

They hold your salary if you take one unplanned leave and the salary cycle of starter is also of the 7th and there is no job security and you give the resignation to the team lead, then it will floor manager and then come to HR.
