Hello All, I am currently working as a Senior Consultant with PwC since May 2022. I have an offer from Tech Mahindra of 20LPA (17.5 fixed) and currently I am in a package of 13LPA(11.69 fixed). Total exp: 6 years as Business Analyst Will it be a good decision to switch to Tech Mahindra or stay with PwC for longer term? Need your guidance and help on deciding the same? Thanks in advance

They basically report to engagement teams who are located in different countries ( US & Europe). So the structure is like a Senior Manager working from India is afraid of an Associate sitting in UK. Now guess if you are an associate. Also no job security. They keep firing their employees for petty reasons.

It has been great experience working in PwC India for last 2 years. Overall work culture, job satisfaction and quality of work is really good. Also everyone is very supportive whenever needed. Medical Insurance policy is great though copay is raised to 15% from this year. Hybrid work policy is another key aspects here.

...s for learn things as work pressure remains constant and high most of the times. Also compensation wise, PwC is renowned but unfortunately last year hike percentage was very bad. Hope this will improve from the coming years.

Nothing I gave interview for datascience role through campus placement, they put me in SDE, pay is worst as well. 8.5LPA base for SDE when others pay double
