...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work - life balance is good as not much workload available. Compensation and yearly increment way much better than other MNCs. Stable job. Provides laptop, so work from home feature available.

Dislikes

Still growing as an IT consultancy. No big projects. Very few foreign projects, those even under PwC USA supervision. Hence no or very few onsite opportunities. Poor employee health insurance scheme.

Ok culture. Everything depends on your project and your colleagues. Better they are, better will be your experience & vice-versa. My experience is good because colleagues are very good & managers are also good & friendly.

Dislikes

Poor package for beginners. Your skills might not be aligned with your package. You might be having very low package & also having very great skills whereas others might be having less experience & no skills may have (40-50%) better package than you. No policy of matching your CTC.

I work in consulting domain and it's over all satisfactory 1. Pay is okayish compared to service industry people 2. Hike is also good compared to few companies but not all 3. Culture is good 4. Work satisfaction is also good as you get to work with lots of high profile 5. clients as PWC is a brand

Dislikes

1. Work life balance is screwed as you'll be working on multiple clients 2. There's discrimination and favourism for sure 3. Very slow promotions 4. Senior management sucks 5. Your weekends are screwed most of the times 6. No onsite or something like that whatsoever 7. Leaves are very less and even if you're on leave expect your managers and people to reach out to you 8. Also you'll be working 24/7

I have had amazing teams till now. Management is understanding. Clients fortunately are good ones. Environment is not bad. Technology certification wise this organization provides a lot of opportunities to their on role employees
