Lack of leaders , no client management, seniors are not approachable, Rude and inhuman behaviour from bosses and HR too. No project pipeline , lack of opportunities. Join at your risk ! High attrition rate ! Lost management

Politics. Groupism only the frnds of sr managers and director will get projects rest will lay like tat and later they lay you off stating you are not sutaiable and unable to get into projects one of the foolish organisation even though they have potential to make difference but directors and sr managers are spoiling it so many sr managers who are dumb but they survive and get help and PPL at mid level and jr level they lay off

Fat Salary Terrific Learning as in small implementation projects there is no support

No work life . Whole day and weekend sometimes you need to work. No appreciation of good work. Only lobby with partner or their lobbies work Your promotion will be stopped if you are not in correct lobby.

I have been working with PwC as a Consultant(Government & Public Sector) since one year and it has a fantastic work culture with work life balance. Politics is far less compared to other organizations. PwC focuses on its employees for updating their skills and development. Lot of opputunities to learn and grow in career.

Salary package is low.

The likes and dislikes may vary based on the project you are in within each stream in PwC. I work in payments transformation in Advisory , here the work like balance is good and the team is supportive, for me.

Dislikes

... discussions are a bit frustrating since the hr wont budge to your negotiations. Hence the salary wont be what is expected when moving companies.
