There's nothing to like about this company at all. It is a lala company with terrible people in top management.

...t up your 40-45 mins extra. Luckily, we just have to travel occasionally there. Also, you'll end with more than promised, not salary but workload and they are not respectful about that..they simply ask...so you won't do it? Lastly, if you are joining organized retail, just don't, take my advice just block them. This dept does not have leaders but sick minded managers (diff between managers and leaders). So unless you want to ruin your helath, work life balance, and everything, just do not join.

Company environment, culture is good. There are supportive team mates

There is a lot of politics and management is not addressed out problems. Salary getting delayed without any info from Management. On this job not given any such trainings.

one thing i absorved in my work expirence with pidilite industires which is they respect each and every employee. second thing is rescpecting employees ideas, more over is like working environment is really fantastic.

Transportation free and on food subsidy is there for employees and company tours and for learning gurukul is there for our skill development Staff was very friendly

Bonus they will show in the pay slip only you'll not get anything except salary from this company

Overall company HR policy is good. Salary and other benefits will get intime.

Dislikes

Some employees and Managers are behaving very bad. They will not support to newly joined employees. They are feeling like this company is our own. We are paying salaries to employees in our own pocket.
