Company will delay increment letters and release after a considerable amount of time say 3 to 4 months across different functions. My guess is this is being followed to retain employees since any employee leaving organisation would need increment letter and that way they hold employee and window of opportunity for employees is lost since in india major openings will be seen between Apr to Jul. 5. Notice period increased from 2 to 3 months. 6. Lack of leadership quality in most of the leads that work in finance function. 7. Most of the people that work in the company work on a reactive approach and doest’t seem really wanna make a difference. They are just killing the time. 8. Decision making is very slow. You will keep on making notes but action won’t take place. Most of the people who came to leadership roles often leave since they find it difficult to get into such a work culture and often look for a way out.

Transportation free and on food subsidy is there for employees and company tours and for learning gurukul is there for our skill development Staff was very friendly

Bonus they will show in the pay slip only you'll not get anything except salary from this company

Overall company HR policy is good. Salary and other benefits will get intime.

Some employees and Managers are behaving very bad. They will not support to newly joined employees. They are feeling like this company is our own. We are paying salaries to employees in our own pocket.

...Company does not care about the employees. They are just mere servants for them. If you are joining in mid of the business cycle, forget about leaves, variable pay, increment. In the 1st year they do not provide a single leave to you.

Overall working culture is awesome, You can grow by your post in Every two years if you are passing their exam & clearing interview

They are not giving any bonus in diwali festival. Company giving 600 Rs as a diwali's sweet. You can't give or recieve any gift from distributer & from colleague.
