... with. Job security is good, work culture is highly inclined towards sycophancy. Company policies have changed their focus, now they work on cost-cutting on every parameter and aspect that's related to expenditures on monthly/quarterly meetings specifically annual branch meetings which used to be lavish earlier. Now it feels like working for a Lala (single uneducated owner) type company that keeps everything to its minimum. Even they no more hire officer and executive-level candidates from good management or engineering colleges, instead of from small pharma co. medical representatives or lab technicians type candidates.

Work culture has changed a lot, no more feel of big corporate conglomerate in any aspect. This is due mid level management policies.

Only salary and transport allowance is good.

It use to one of the best FMCG companies to work for but unfortunately Nestle is now converting themselves into local companies. Many Employees and businesses partners have already put down their papers and more to come due to illogical nonnegotiable demands from leadership team. Job security is not bad but you will always ask to put your paper if you miss any work but if you really put your paper you will be the best employee. Company have a policy of 90 days notice period which they are not negotiable at all as they can find or no one wants to join the organisation at the moment. Post covid all the market working is normalise now but management unable to come out of the Teams online meet which is 12-15 hours of online meetings in a week.
