Management is a big time fool. Bank policies and ground realities are miles apart. Pathetic salary and growth opportunity. Consider this as a last option and that too if money and career growth does not matters to you.

Great company to work for! They have some amazing people and management. If you are willing they will invest endless on your learning and skill development (would vary from department to department)

Compensation for internal employees is low.

They provide a lot of personal development and learning environments. The work environment and work life balance is superb . A lot of leave you get in your kitty for the year and just amazing employers.

Dislikes

The pay scale is not up to mark and also career growth is stagnant in RBS and the reason for this is the other good factors. People don’t leave the organisation and so you don’t rise and shine.

...on a fixed-term contract with no intention of making me a permanent employee. 2.No Salary Increment: As an FTC employee, there were no salary increments, which is extremely discouraging and doesn't reflect the hard work and dedication put into the job. 3.Unstable Work Assignments: After the probation period, they assigned me to different teams for various projects. Despite contributing significantly to these projects, they still refused to make my position permanent. Once the project was completed, they simply terminated my contract. 4.External Hiring Over Internal Promotion: Instead of offering permanent positions to current FTC employees, the company continuously hires new people from outside. This practice shows a complete disregard for the loyalty and potential of their current employees.

People at higher level are highly communal in my team and also have no legitimate skills to be at higher level. They will even force you to get indulge into nonsense extra activities like playing bollywood quizzes and dancing on Bollywood songs etc which hardly holds any logic. Manager is biased towards senior employees within team as far as granting leaves is concerned
