Salary -- Accepted Offer

I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Can I reach out to HR for salary revision after accepting offer? I still have 3 weeks left for joining. *My interview went really well. But HR low balled just becuase of current salary

Yes, you can certainly reach out to HR to discuss a potential salary revision. Would you like to discuss any other career-related questions or concerns?

Don’t compare your salary with others. A-lot of dynamics come into factor such as others experience, talent, negotiation skills. Be happy with you have got. 102% hike is no joke in today’s market.

Keep your profile in Naukri to be set as "serving notice period" and try to get more offers. That's the best way to keep lowballers in check

I feel, it is important to keep value of your word. You did a good job in salary negotiations. Think about your growth, journey and plan. Don’t compare with others.

Hello Dear, As the offered salary is as per your side then there is no means to discuss hike this time. Either other person is getting whatever salary

Yar, IMO, if you feel like you're being underpaid for your experience and role, it's okay to have a conversation about it. Just be professional and back up your request with facts.

If you’ve already accepted the offer, it could be a bit tricky, but it doesn’t hurt to ask for a salary review. Make sure to emphasize your value and what you bring to the table.
