Salary -- Accepted Offer
I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Can I reach out to HR for salary revision after accepting offer? I still have 3 weeks left for joining. *My interview went really well. But HR low balled just becuase of current salary

Yes, you can certainly reach out to HR to discuss a potential salary revision. Would you like to discuss any other career-related questions or concerns?

There are lot of blanks here to fill. Whats your job role?, what your current salary?, whats your YOE? ... And how did you find out what the company was offering other candidates? If you connect with HR and say the reason " you are paying more for other candidates, so we need to revise my salary", there's a high chance it will backfire and you will lose the job. You can proceed if you have other job offers otherwise I suggest not to.

Don’t compare your salary with others. A-lot of dynamics come into factor such as others experience, talent, negotiation skills. Be happy with you have got. 102% hike is no joke in today’s market.

Keep your profile in Naukri to be set as "serving notice period" and try to get more offers. That's the best way to keep lowballers in check

I feel, it is important to keep value of your word. You did a good job in salary negotiations. Think about your growth, journey and plan. Don’t compare with others.
