Great work culture.. You can use mbl inside the production floor. Salary is not up to the mark. You can learn as much as possible and move. Job security is there, but career growth is very slow. Overall best company for freshers.

CSS should really be concentrating onn employees Pay. Experience engineers with 3 or more years who joins the organisation initially Pay is not more than 3-4K than their initial salary.

... proper off's. And finally they will order u to extend the shift they won't ask. And the salary is also not worth compared to the work they exteact.

The best place to start up the carrier and the best place where we can learn and earn together..You will not find any such company like the culture and people over here like that.... they aar simply awsum ..( team leads, managers, teammate's etc )

The only thing is the package....the package they use to give was a standard package which they started to initiate before 10 years......this package meant a lot those days but not now really ..

...ity they are earning 1000 from the employees and giving 1 rupees salary to them. Also on everything they deducted the cost for example if transport allowance ideally should be 500 but if they give 350 to old employee when policy proposed after cost cutting they reduced it to 300 to new employee as they don't know the background. Always think 100times you join here they have habit of cost cutting. They removed the access of outlook mail because they see there is no use of it. Of all associate level that too only 500 to 600 candidate. i don't know by doing this how much they can save.
