...thing if they want to hire you even if you don't know to communicate in English. The do not provide hikes based on merit, humongous pay gap between employees who are hired for same roles. Managers hire female candidates based on their face values and not skills and qualifications. The DXC's Internal management and team itself would not consider its employee for domain change, highly toxic, discriminative environment. Too many back door and side door entries and manipulation. An employee have to spend 28 to 36 months to get a promotion, such a huge loss of time and experience. I would not suggest any one to join DXC for Technical Support.

It's giving permanent work from home. Lucrative night shift allowance (500 rs/night shift and 250/half night shift). Its leave policy is absolutely awesome. Opportunities to upskill. Financing costly certifications like AWS, Azure etc..

Dislikes

There's no good salary, no good hike, no timely promotion. In terms of salary, it's not good.

(But they want new comers to join within 15 days or less) You have to pay DXC 3 months of your basic salary if you want to leave ASAP. 12) Shifts change every 3 months. 13) They say promotions are available after 18 months of service. But depends on your performance. Unsure if it's real or just a "scam" to keep you. 14) Lunch breaks are severely regulated if there's a lot of call flow. Night shift gets you additional Rs500/ night. So monthly another Rs 10,000 extra along with your salary into your bank account. Unpredictable Bangalore traffic and personal delays are not accounted or entertained. Immense pressure goes to transport department to ensure exact login time.
