Salary & Benefits Despite consistently outstanding performance inside PACE and over three years of service with the company, there has no promotion. Additionally, the Salary and benefits are below the average market rate. Management has shown a lack of concern for medical issues, as evidenced by their refusal to allow work from home arrangements even after submitting medical documentation

...I accept many aspects of my company, there are few areas that could be improved. The compensation and salary structure could be more competitive to better reflect the industry standards and the hard work of the employees. Addressing these could help enhance overall efficiency and employee satisfaction.

...g happens in terms of actual recognition which results in demotivation at times. 2) Long timers salary is highly compromised and it is high time that this should be looked into else there would be consequences which might start happening.
