Everyone has to suffer from bumpy roads but considering the Company we are working for that bumpy suffering is a learning.

Company provides avenues and opportunities across & also recognizes the Talent. It is the most supportive Organization I have worked with whether it was for me joining post ML as a new mother or today. I am able to contribute my best at work because I am being understood and taken care w.r.t personal & professional commitments/aspirations. This really helps me learn, grow & have a good work-life balance

Salary - parity compare to same level associates or even juniors is not at all there. Though corrections are done, those are minimal. Need better corrections for old timers & good performers without any bias

Some managers are not employees centered Increments are less and there are no corrections in salary for existing employees.
