It depends on project to project. From my experience, I like work-life balance, skill development sessions, and company culture.

Dislikes

Comparatively lower salaries, less annual salary hike, less promotions, frequent change in management and gap between management and employees.

They do not correct salary according to market value. They keep giving Senior Engineers the same salary as of data entry level for several years No benefits No good health insurance package for family Rude and heartless higher management HR lie and cheat No gifts for any festival or appreciation

Job security. Atleast they keep you till 2 months, it can extend to 3-4 months as well dependipn upon your salary and position.

Dislikes

Just today, or yesterday dont know today or yesterday but yesterday I logged-in at 12pm and logoff at 5am. Project manager used to get any if you ask to logoff before 11-12hours. Even last week he said “you can have your lunch on table I dont have any problem”. Ofcourse why he have any problem its the problem for me not for him. This is my third project and almost in every project work life is like this only.

...nity. You might not even get to know that there were some onshore opportunities. Canteen food is not that good and you pay for all food . Most of the work needs onshore time assistance, but poorly compensated for working in shifts .

Team is very interactive and supportive. Provides assistance and guidance in any application issues and to solve the issues on time.

Dislikes

I have total of 4.4 years experience working in LTIMINDTREE. Yet my salary percentage is low. I wish to get hike in a better way than previous years.
