Dislikes

Salary should be mapped as per market standard. Insurance policy should include parents rather top up plan. No succession planning. No job enrichment mechanism post promotion.

LTIM has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. It also has a positive vibe, strong commitment , continuous improvement & Social Responsibility

While the company offers many good things, the benefits and the salary structure might not be as competitive compared to other organizations

Skill development and benefits like Hybrid work. Lot of scope to learn and prove.

...t company. But with very poor culture. Lot of bureaucracy that has got crept in. Absence of flexibility, better pay, absence of work life balance, too much of stress are some of the things that are not aligned with the set up.

Company provides avenues and opportunities across & also recognizes the Talent. It is the most supportive Organization I have worked with whether it was for me joining post ML as a new mother or today. I am able to contribute my best at work because I am being understood and taken care w.r.t personal & professional commitments/aspirations. This really helps me learn, grow & have a good work-life balance

Dislikes

Salary - parity compare to same level associates or even juniors is not at all there. Though corrections are done, those are minimal. Need better corrections for old timers & good performers without any bias
