The compensation and salary structure could be more competitive to better reflect the industry standards and the hard work of the employees. LTIMindtree is good place to work. Senior and Junior cooperation is highly appreciated. There is no problem in facing client as we have senior Leadership behind us.

Appraisal process is not transparent at all. There is no equality in Salary structure on same grade and experience

-Salary is very low - hikes are usually 2-4% even if you put lots of efforts -nothing to learn , projects are on specific tools My personal experience was horrible even after resigning. I had to follow up for months to get my full and final

Not every one is billable due to huge head count. Network policies restricts the online help . Certain departments have complete control and rights on the software resources . Hence working becomes difficult without access to the platforms.

Dislikes

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.
