I like the fact that, LTIMindtree is trying to improve it's processes and policies post merger and help employees.

Dislikes

In general, many employees are finding it difficult to get projects and heard many complaining about salary being very less than industry standard. This makes it difficult to hire quality engineers from market.

Likes

... new joiners settle with the organisation. Skill development programs offered . The best part is salary gets credited earlier than most other organisations.

Dislikes

Not every one is billable due to huge head count. Network policies restricts the online help . Certain departments have complete control and rights on the software resources . Hence working becomes difficult without access to the platforms.

I liked a work environment and more opportunities to explore with new ideas.

Dislikes

While the company had some positive aspect but people ethics, Career development and Salary benefits is not good what i expected.

Likes

The company offers a competitive salary, high-quality trainings and direct client interactions. The office has great amenities like massage chairs and gyms, provides meal coupons. Some roles also include on-site work opportunities.

Dislikes

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

Being as a fresher it's really good company you must join this organization.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.
