Work life balance is good. Salary and increment is good as well as promotion.

Dislikes

As per my experience what I feel there is a lack of projects. There are less scope of learning opportunities and skill growth. I found there are less chances for the new joiners to explore new technologies.

Good work culture and ethics (at par with industry standards), futurist leaders, good policies

Dislikes

Unfair pay grades and structure, no work life balance, no HR support at the time of need, lack of clarity in hiring process, lack of focus on hand holding & training for new resources

The brand has value. Good for beginners. There are a few teams like govt. advisory and frm that offer a good start

Dislikes

Peanuts for salary. Meaningless ppt making and being at the beck and call of clients is a regularity. Heavy discrimination against women when it comes to leadership positions. In my time Shalini Pillai was the only female partner in KPMG India and she headed HR. I had a boss who believed micromanagement was the only way to get work out of a person. I bless the day I left KPMG for good. When my bosses learnt that I will be joining a prospective client, then bombarded me with requests to set up meetings with my boss at the new company to get new projects.

... leadership of my team in particular is great. Everyone is treated with respect. The compensation and benefits are good if not the best.

Dislikes

Learning and development are less in the firm. There are lots of scope for automation of tasks. Work becomes monotonous and repetitive. Hiring in my team hasn't been great.
