The company is very keen on employee training and certifications on latest technologies. Immense opportunities for art, sports or any other passion you pursue. Employee safety is incredible. Eco friendly sustainabile environment.

Dislikes

Least importance to junior level employee salary, promotions, rewards and recognitions. Though company gains sufficient revenue, funds are spent unnecessarily on infrastructure and top management remunerations. Not preferred for long term career.

Likes

Work culture and policies. Good work life balance if you are in a good project.

Dislikes

No hikes for the past several years. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.

Good for womens who don't want to work much time while enjoying high salary. Good work from home policy 10/12 days office. Not much micromanagement, but might differ in project.

Dislikes

Project release is not easy. Some Managers can be pain in the A$$. Don't ever expect timely hikes and promotions. Policies related to hikes are very bad

Onshore visa initiations are nominated irrespective of person travelled or not as part of retainment philosophy.

...d hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. JL6 - fixed pay-30% var - 5-15% super annuation - 30% tax bracket from govtd = 100-30-5% sa - 20% tax assumption=45 rs, so you get 45 at hand of your ctc is at 100 Similarly 20%var for JL5 and 10% var for JL4 Just do the math and how under par salary.
