Well I worked there for 1.5year as Team leader. Getting promotion is easy and transparent for right candidates.

Dislikes

Salary growth is very slow and learning new things is all depend on the project where you are working.

.... There is a huge cafeteria and canteen for chilling. Company policies are good. But salary is little unfair.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low and they give increment after 2 years only So career growth is slow. There is no bond.

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.
