Company is good, but there are lot of fake promises which this company makes, its being 2.5 years that i am working with HCL. But we are not satisfied with the overall appraisal cycle. No hike is been given. Even though if you perform well. They will not provide whatever you deserve. Thats really demoralising.

Lot of politics, management doesn't address issues which we face. Salary is something which is very low over here, and no proper increment is given even though if you perform really well. The upper management settles down everything. We don't have right to put our concerns to management. Management team Listen to us but don't provide any resolution on the problem.

...s company and Note : ( you don't have an allowance for US projects Night shift). You don't get your "Variable pay" Every three months, they create new policies without any information. One of these policies seems like a way to steal your salary under the name of EPB adjustment Monthly For example, it starts with 500Rs and may increase based on your salary range. The HR and US project manager are the worst Both are well-trained to fool the employees. I can write more about this kind of issue, But I don't have time. please check with other comments and employees

Being a big brand in IT industry, it's not a good company for long term. No promotions, No appraisals, very less opportunities for onsite which are reserved for non desr

No promotions,, no appraisals, variable pay deductions, onsite opportunity for selected people only, no allowances, policies are not employee friendly.

Interview was good, interviewers didn't tried to exhibit their expertise. Convincingly good hike during joining.

Dislikes

HR Team is not good. Forced me to join immediately but no quick joining bonus. Usually people use personal phone number for official communication rather than internal communication tools.

Job security, training for new comers

Dislikes

No guarantee of promotion, very little hike or no hike, almost zero employee benefits (except medical), very difficult to get even small things like stationeries, printout, micro management.
