Good infrastructure and opportunity to work on large scale projects. The work culture largely depends on the manager, in my experience, it was excellent, all my team members were very helpfull.

Dislikes

Considering the industry standards, salary provided is too low. Employees cannot choose to work in their desired tech. Senior management is quite good at ignoring its employees efforts.

Salary increment is pathetic... worst... i have not seen such low hikes anywhere. Would never recommend anyone to start career with infy with such low package. May be join as lateral. And also as infy says that client is like god to them.. and then we the poor emlpoyees are treated like servants of those clients.... this needs to be corrected. Infy should treat their employees equally and give them respect that they deserve. Being an Indian MNC, be kind to indians atleast.

At Infosys, job security is robust unless one demonstrates poor performance in both projects and fails to engage in continuous learning or certifications through the Lex courses offered by the company.
