...to employee friendly. Customer is God, but employee is like dog to this company. Salary never grows irrespective of any number of years we work in this. Whichever is the technology in which you have experience, you have to work on any technology project requires and they never care about your career path. They only focus on getting money from customer, don't care about employee aspirations. Appraisals are just for the sake of system, not at all relevant to actual talent/performance. We can forget about Promotions or hikes. Its only strength is giving trainings, tutorials to employees to get ready on any skill required by project. No ethical values and no benefits to employees. Even they charge parking fees from employees. They do false promises with the clients and put unrealistic targets on employees to deliver. They do put lot of pressure on employees to meet deadlines.

Likes

People and exposure to challenging projects and onsite roles. Plenty of learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Do not spend more than 3 years here. Loyalty is not valued. You get dumped more work with experience but the salary or role will be stagnant.

Likes

There is so much awesomeness about Infy. The best thing in India is their happening campuses and food. You feel at home. Learning is very good because they invest a lot in training and certifications. In my experience, Infy has good projects compared to other competitors. Mostly they win development projects. If you are an experienced person, it is always good to join some of the prestigious and dedicated technology units like STG, TCG, or ADMCOE. They offer good exposure and opportunities.

Dislikes

Dislikes will be, they should value the resources in terms of compensation and benefits, and progression in a career path which is really very slow compared to others.
