You will be given new appraiser everytime and you will have average to poor dev team and targets to reach beyond, through which you can see your true potential

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No work life balance, No salary rise even if you get 2M USD project. No learning, no benefits and no meaning to work here. We work with one manager but someone who doesn’t know us would do the appraisal and you would never feel important after discussing with the appraiser

Earning 9.5lpa with 7.5years of experience chandigarh feels too low. Work is only of Manual Testing tied with the role of BA.
