...ckage while us working for a client day and night and getting nothing out of it. I am writing this at 3 AM finished overtime without any additoinal pay + no hikes. It's really frustrating. I am planning to leave it soon! if youre fresher and looking for start of your career then it's okay but it'll never worth until they pay fairly.

Work culture depends on project and team. My project was with good team and there was no work pressure. Leave policy is good where we can take planned leave as we wish.

Dislikes

1. No promotion for 3 year (2022 to 2025). Same salary since 2022 2. No recognition of talent and promotion. Promotions are given mostly for those who drop paper (I was offered to stay with 30% hike with promotion). I rejected the offer they gave to stay in.

The training was supposed to be the best in the world but it was terrible. The trainers were sub par and everything was rushed. Infosys gave me decent exposure to foreign clients and handling clients on a daily basis. There is work life balance here Great job security

Terrible salary, severely underpaid. The hike is terrible 2 years since joining got just one hike (it’s coz of confirmation) and that also was terrible. Manager does not want to discuss promotions and on site trip. I was told it was not possible for on-site and a new guy randomly sent on-site. No promotion/progression at all nobody discusses it. Manager says nothing he can do always HR does not exist, they only come for stupid meeting once a year. They do not respond at all. Suck up to manager and you will be promoted, You need to be good friends to get promotion. I was told he here At least for 3 years to get promotion. In 2 years, 3 appraisal meetings and still no rating given by manager. There is nothing called variable pay for lower level employees. There are too many middle men and you never end up getting any promotion or anything.
