Manager behavior , there is no such things as official behavior , promotion and appraisal are available on personal relationship with senior manager , ther is no value of hardwork and good attention about work there is no balance between work life and personal life every time sales sales sales on holiday , they work even on holidays , no one attention about employees rights, just about sales , employees getting mental harassment , they get mental torture..
