Work pressure is high,Team Leaders are asking for giving 4 hours extra working hours with no extra payment,We are working 12 hours in a day also from last two months leaves are not created in our portal it is against the staffing law and also comp off is not given. Not expected this with a mac company like igt. Its a worst experience in a company. In short managers are harassing us.

Keeping tamil TLs who are linguistically biased and they torture other language agents and continue to do so until they abscond. No actions taken after multiple escalation. Changing process as they wish every now and then when an agent mentally sets in one process. Groupism, bad management, third rate company.

If you are in any back office process, life is little bit easier, though less salary.

Dislikes

Transport system is worst. Company policies are more like red tape. Management is not very skilled and lot of favouritism happens

There is nothing to like about this company as they will always take you for granted.

...and if you have leaves as well, they will also ensure that you do not take them. Also, they will deduct unnecessary charges from your salary in the form of some taxes and other stuff. The do have a entertainment room as well however, that is not functional and can be used only at the time of a client visit.

There is no reason to like IGT. In my process new GM joined after that work environment got toxic. Before him it was the great place to work.

Dislikes

Toxic environment, Under paid Salary, Irresponsible management, biased management (I am the top performer of our team instead another person getting R&R).
