Just the salary on time.

Dislikes

Keeping tamil TLs who are linguistically biased and they torture other language agents and continue to do so until they abscond. No actions taken after multiple escalation. Changing process as they wish every now and then when an agent mentally sets in one process. Groupism, bad management, third rate company.

I dislike salery. We don't get incriment in salary. And the chanses for getting promotion is very less. I think. Constantly I think. Maybe my opinion can be changed in future

Pros Had made a good friends team and good seniors. Had learned and developed lots of skills for travel domain Nice/average campus Nice cafeteria and cost is also good There are some good recommenced process like agencia,expedia ,viking ,amex & luftansa.

My process united airlines was a totally a disgusting process very less salary package and there were few incentives which also been unethically eated deducted by higher mangements everytime for retention payouts and for incentives. One of the hateful process i will say Always faced low volumes and shifting strategies by management and for that they will harm the bonus payouts Another issue they give 2.25 leaves and they will deduct those leaves unnecessarily and marked lwp half day and extra very wrong thing they face low volumes instead crediting leaves they will deduct leaves and marks lwp In my 1 yr of exp i have given my outmost favourable work efforts good c-sat every month target achievement but always had seen retention bonus unethical deduction incentives deduction unnecessarily in 1 year for sure had seen financial triggers from united airlines All fake commitments by higher management but never fulfilled those commitments Next from process the cab transportation the another disgusting thing in igt no timely movement no preferable pick-ups and drops The roaster made are high level annoying thing the transport team doesnt know how to create roasters I have majorly seen that the cabs either drops so soon or else they make numerous delays

...line TL and line QA and promise you will make you on paper but all these is lie. They deducted salary without any proper reason if you asked about deduction they will make any non sense excuses

I have worked this prestigious organisation for good time but it wasn't easy and very fruitful. Top management is poor and lethargic. Usually are humiliating others. Corporate politics is a crucial requirement to survive here. Lobing in the Top level is the Focus of few in the authority.
