...rst company ever to be worked and the politics in this company is un imaginable. I was bullied by my Team leader Monu Kumar and manager Manish Kapoor and I was informed by HR senior Rikkil that I will get my salary and experience letter after working 1 yr and 3months.. I was being selected for the top performer on that particular month still I was referred to HR just because I was sick for 3 days prior informing each and everything.. It was mentioned that I was being thrown out of the company as I was a non performer.. I have more contacts of persons who had similar type of situations in which they were promised that they will receive salary and experience but at the end was rejected by themselves.. I was tortured by my team leader but was not able to make a single voice against him as he was tenured agent and was close friend of manager.. Both of them played really well.. No one is there to close this company down as I asure that it's not the first time this thing happening in this company.. Not even a single person was there to help me out.. like me still there is a lot of persons might need help.. these people play with employees life, the payscale is no doubt better than any other company but for sure they have the policies that help the company to make sure a particular agent not to receive full amount.. Salary deduction plans are best in ienergizer.. And the people working there don't think about a person's mental health.. I hope someday we all get justice for all of this.. # Closedownienergizer

Each n everything.. Team leaders managers all of them play accordingly.. they don't hav any fixed rule or anything. They just make new rules in few seconds. And seniors members use there seniority control and rule the employees. Worst company ever to bee seen #closedownienergizer

Too much politics in this company, also very low appraisal, even managers take things personally. Work environment is really poor also if you will ask a leave they will never approve it

The only thing I like is the salary. But if we talk about the job security, there is no security.. We can be fired at any moment.. And the management is average..

In this pandemic. They deducted our 5 leaves for not working one month. That was very horrible
