Hi All, I have 12+ years of experience in IT. I worked for IBM, TCS, WIPRO in full time. I'm from 10+3 (After 10th, full time 3 Years computer science diploma). Now I'm working with LTIMINDTREE with vendor payroll. LTIMindtree is now telling we can't convert you from Contact to Full Time due to my education and there is no exception. Do you know anyone recently converted/joined in LTI with 13 years of education?

Manager driven company which means despite companies policies against working overtime and pay manager will ask you to work overtime and not to report to IBM Despite ibm giving plenty of vacation managers wont approve most of my leave goes waste even after carry forward limit Even managers will ask u to work saturday and Sunday because we took vacation or IBM provided public holidays
