Manager driven company which means despite companies policies against working overtime and pay manager will ask you to work overtime and not to report to IBM Despite ibm giving plenty of vacation managers wont approve most of my leave goes waste even after carry forward limit Even managers will ask u to work saturday and Sunday because we took vacation or IBM provided public holidays

...tion. Employees are feeling very scare if the project date is going to complete. And if we r in bench for 1month, company won't give the hike and bonus also for that year. If we r in bench for 1month there would be a chance to layoff also.

Flexible office hours Fixed pay. No variable pay. you get bonus at the end of the year but that is not included in CTC Lots of resources available for employees for upskilling

Dislikes

Very slow growth. Promotion gets difficult beyond 7b band and there is also a catch if you get promoted beyond 7b there would be challenges in getting billable roles/projects. Lots of old timers in the company they wont grow also will engage in all sorts of dirty politics to ensure new employees to struggle.
