Salary Negotiation
Hi Everyone I am working as a ServiceNow Developer with 6.75 LPA ( 6.1 fixed ) . I got an offer from PWC with 10.5 LPA fixed + 20% variable and I accepted the offer. Now I got another offer from IBM with 11.5 fixed + 10% variable. My LWD is May 02 I want to Negotiate with PWC if they can give more than IBM . My query is How much can I ask for with PWC ? ...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

One should not join IBM as a fresher. No Career Growth and skill development.Salary hikes/Appraisal purely depends upon the manger's choice,politics instead of talent, performance.Management is not good.

...experience as there won't be any chance for you to get a project of your desire. Salary benefits and hikes are minimal. Forget about promotions, you can be in the same position even during your retirement. IBM is managed by managers and managers are managed by their loyal puppets.
