Nothing is there in HCL...they will ensure you to keep thinking about your salary for each and every minute..because you don't know how much salary will be deducted in the name of performance bonuses although your project makes profits in millions. They will ensure to make employees life terrible

Im running out of the words...not because of im happy working here...it's because of terrible mistake I have done in my life by joining this company. If you want to spoil your skills and make your life miserable means then you are welcome here.

Promotion, salary and annual hike. HCL normally gives 3-4% hike annually which is very less then other organisations and if someone works for a long time with HCL then his salary will be definitely below market standards.

Job is secure, work life balance is good. Learning opportunities are enough, if you have good bonding with directors or management you can go to onsite

Salary hikes are very low, no promotions till 3 year after joining, variables are the higher in the salary,

...from team mate like you asked their knowledge and they are no going to share. - Compensation is poor as per the standard. - If there will be travelling in your project, it’s hard to get such opportunities.

Salary and appraisal are terrible. The company sits on appraisal letters for 6 or more months even after the completion of appraisal cycle. Then gives pathetic hikes and even that is not at the same time. People with different ratings appraisal becomes effective at different times. Loss is shared with employees in terms of differed or no hikes. But PROFITS are shared only amongst the promoters. shareholders and CXOs.
