Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .

...g is changed every week or 2 times in a month. 3. Transport team is very bad. 4. HR said ask your questions but they guys have no answer about Appraisal or Salary increment/ promotion. 5. Appraisal is very bad like 1-5% only.

Late and very minimal appraisal. Toxic work culture.no work life balance. They always ask you to work beyond your shift with no extra pay. No motivation to work. Learning will be just in the team what u r working on

...ion 😞 There is no shift allowance or weekend allowance, no extra single penny. even they used to deduct your variable and bonus which are part of your CTC on name of performance, very bad experience, there is nothing like MNC's
