- salary on time. - 5 days working with the paid leqves provided while suffered from covid. - Good for freshers to join for experience and leave it within first year of joining.

- No promotion for last 9+ Years - No Salary growth - No career growth - no appraisal when everywhere expenditure is increasing by 5-10% every year even when Capgemini is earning STRONG profits - Unprofessionalism by senior management - Wife's of senior manager is also allowed to access their spouse process without any restrictions - Higher Nepotism - HR is missing and operations is running everything - Low salary with rotational shifts, low growth, no appraisal and no time to live life anf sprnd holidays o festivals with family - Different policies for wife's, brothers, cousins or friends in terms of promotions and facilities provided - Exploitation of freshers in the name of Anniversary Appraisal where no appraisal is given - 3 months notice period Not recommended to work for long here and if you get good hike then better switch after that as soon as you see suitable opening with next hike.

The company was good but the project assigned to didn't bothered of giving appreciation to employe for doing great /good work. The appreciation and benefits were given to only the one those who never worled.

...also in navratri they raise cost of food items . I found this very heartbroking.as they are not raising our salary but they are incresasing for food items

Work Politics, no salary hike. In name of salary hike they will increase 1k or 2k yearly and work load will be more. Favoritism and work politics. HR, Senior management everyone is corrupted and harass the employee and do work politics.
