...t in advance. So submit your laptop at least a week before the last working day. This level of cost-cutting is disappointing. The management and politics at HCLTECH are very poor. I would advise against joining HCLTECH in the future.

The company policg is worst. You won't evrn get your full salary specially the bonus part is also cut from your salary. Thr company has given me work permit visa but its been 1 year they are still not sending me.

For appraisal compensation or promotion u have to fight back alot n u ll get few single digit % increment Never belive for future promises all are lying over air bed nthng else

This was my first company . I was very comfortable in the environment . All the managers throughout the HCl journey were very helpful and supportive in all aspects. Like,After my marriage I was about to quit job because of husband's transferable job but HCl provided me work from home from 2017 . I will always be very grateful for this .

Only one thing that I miss there was very less salary & no increment due to which I had to leave the organisation . My package was half of my experience otherwise It has been great journey in HCl. I would love to work again there if I get chance to work there.
